What materials are your cable ties made from?
Our cable ties are primarily manufactured from high-quality Nylon 6/6, but we also offer specialized options in stainless steel, Tefzel, and UV-stabilized materials for extreme environments.

How long does shipping typically take?
Orders for in-stock items placed before 3:00 PM EST typically ship the same day. Standard ground shipping usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain specialized or high-volume orders.
Are your cable ties UL listed and plenum rated?
Many of our products are UL Recognized and meet UL 94V-2 flammability ratings. Specific plenum-rated ties are available for use in air-handling spaces; check product specifications for certifications.
